You're an exceptional leader with the ability to organize and track the details.

Reporting to the Manager, Regional Energy Solutions, you'll lead a team of professionals who provide energy efficiency solutions to commercial customers.

Relying on your interpersonal and communication skills, you'll identify and develop genuine relationships with key customers. Your leadership and drive make the structures you operate within better.

In this role, you will:
Build a solid understanding of our internal processes, standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop genuine and strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Develop leadership skills within the department and help improve the performance of the team.
Engage with commercial customers, while managing electricity demand and identifying technology to benefit our customers.
Identify and champion customer service improvements to better serve key stakeholders


What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field from an accredited post-secondary institution.
Eight (8) years of experience in a related field.
Professional Engineer designation would be an asset.
Knowledge of electrical grids and customer electricity needs.
Direct experience related to engaging with customers and maintaining a high quality of customer service.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities paired with excellent communication and organizational skills.
