Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.

Your expertise in carpentry will contribute to the successful completion of various projects.


Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and materials required
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
• Inspect workpieces for accuracy and quality
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
• Experience in flooring installation including measuring, cutting, and laying different types of flooring materials
• Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and gaps
• Expertise in drywall installation including cutting, hanging, taping, mudding, and sanding is a plus
• Ability to assemble and disassemble wooden structures
• Basic electrical knowledge for reading schematics and performing minor electrical tasks is a plus

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role 510 years minimum
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills
