MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Ensure compliance with our standards.
- Keeping within budgets.
- Ensure control of deposits and petty cash.
- Make or approve orders.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Be present at services during peak hours.
- Maintains a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectively and facilitating meetings withemployees.
- Implement promotional activities.
- Ensure the training of new employees and the development of existing employees.
- Maintain updates all manuals.
- Ensure compliance with the employee manual, company regulations, labour laws and occupational health and safety standards.
- Establish staff needs or work schedules.
- Ensure the recruitment and hiring of team member.
- Evaluate team member.
- Executes all other tasks requested by the franchisee.
REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of Secondary V may be required, followed by 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader in a dining room or kitchen, or in a management position in a retail business.
