    ROLE SUMMARY

    At clearmotive, our Digital Media Specialists are an integral part of the team and key to delivering media solutions that exceed our client's expectations. You are a champion for media's role in the creative process, brand building, and ultimately driving business results.

    This fully remote role requires regular virtual collaboration with the Director, Digital Marketing, Creative, Account, and Project Management teams, relentless attention to detail, and experience in developing and implementing various digital media projects to support our growing roster of client partners.

    The successful candidate will be able to take on and effectively execute the following confidently:

    • Create, maintain and optimize the Paid Media campaigns across channels, as outlined in the client's strategy, to meet or exceed clients' business goals
    • Prepare communication plans and the associated media buying strategies in a manner that's clearly defined and articulated to internal peers and client stakeholders.
    • Manage and optimize media campaigns across various digital media platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with your creative counterparts to enhance campaign assets as needed.
    • Work closely with your Account Service Team and clients to define realistic and relevant campaign KPIs; the ability to translate client objectives into tangible strategies with effective and measurable goals.
    • Compile reporting data and oversee the development of actionable campaign insights.
    • A clear communicator that proactively anticipates the needs of both clients and agency peers.
    • You don't shy away from confrontation and are comfortable with conflict resolution. You lead by example and foster a team environment based on respect and open dialogue.
    • The ability to think beyond the task at hand allows the candidate to anticipate challenges and proactively adjust as needed. This individual will own the outcome and continually strive for excellence.
    • Stay current with the latest media developments, industry trends and noteworthy technology.
    • Responsible for proactively sharing relevant opportunities for innovation and growth to the internal and client teams.

    KEY RESULTS AREAS

    Planning & Delivery

    • Work with the account and strategy team and the client to develop digital media plans that align with the campaign goals, buyer personas and allocated budget. Present the plan to the internal team and the client. Revise and respond as required.
    • Translate client strategy into tasks in Asana, and plan across appropriate timeline that meets client and delivery expectations
    • Provide education and counsel to manage client expectations. Represent the clients' best interest within clearmotive.
    • Ensure media budgets are set accurately and correlate to the client goals, making budget recommendations where appropriate.

    CAMPAIGN SET-UP, MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION

    • Plan and implement consumer life-cycle / pipeline campaign reporting - including, but not limited to: customer list management, working with the associated form handlers and testing approach, and email nurture programs.
    • Set-up and activate pre-approved digital campaigns including but not limited to paid search, paid social and display.
    • Configure, maintain and optimise measurement frameworks using Google Tag Manager and Analytics and in-platform conversion tracking
    • On a daily, weekly and monthly schedule provide campaign oversight and optimization to ensure campaign KPI's are reached and exceeded.
    • Provide feedback to the account team and creative team as required to improve on results based on the performance of all campaign elements.

    CAMPAIGN REPORTING, ANALYSIS & INSIGHTS

    • Dashboard reporting on Digital Marketing channel metrics using various analytics reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
    • Analyzing data across all digital performance marketing channels. Provide dashboard style reporting for account team and client review. Familiarity with Supermetrics for Facebook data integration into Google data studio.
    • Translate analytics and reporting data into tangible campaign insights and actionable changes that will result in future improvement of measurable goals

    KNOWLEDGE BUILDING, DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH

    • Maintain continuous awareness and familiarity with digital best practices as they relate to your role and our clients. Be aware of emerging technologies, channels, and mediums that may impact the team and our clients. Make recommendations that will improve engagement, accuracy, efficiency, and creativity to clearmotive's work and processes.
    • Seek opportunities to generate organic growth by proactively evaluating client needs and challenges and proposing and presenting new ideas with the team's support.
    • Investigate new client opportunities and opportunities within the industry to grow and evolve our service offering.
    • Participate in new client meetings, contribute to evaluating client needs and requirements, and develop and present media proposals with input and support from the Account and Strategy teams.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum 5+ years of agency experience planning & buying digital media, including paid search, paid social and display ads.
    • Strong expertise in digital media platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, GTM, CRM)
    • A clear communicator that proactively anticipates the needs of both clients and agency peers.
    • A meticulous attention to detail.
