Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and service requests in person, by telephone, or online.
  • Maintain company standards of service in dealing with customers.
  • Achieve company sales goals for the company.
  • Maintain required paperwork for the department.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with other departments at work.
  • Interact with customers to fulfill their needs.
