Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and service requests in person, by telephone, or online.
- Maintain company standards of service in dealing with customers.
- Achieve company sales goals for the company.
- Maintain required paperwork for the department.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments at work.
- Interact with customers to fulfill their needs.
