Position:
Dow Brothers Painting is looking to add new team members to our growing company
We are looking for someone who likes being on a team and works well with others. This position requires leadership, customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of budget management.

Being able to maintain a good attitude and accomplish tasks with others are the primary attributes we are looking for.

This is a full-time employee position.


Requirements:

• Positive attitude and goaloriented
• Spraying experience is favourable.
• Be Comfortable working at heights and with ladders.
• Valid driver's license along with a vehicle to get you to and from work.
• Must agree with and demonstrate our company values.
• Take pride in the work that you do and work well on a team.
• Painting Experience is not required (we love teaching the techniques that make our company stand out from all the rest).
• Punctual, Clean, and Respectful

Job Description:

• Work Monday thru Friday 8 am 4 pm.
• Must be willing to travel at times
• Training Provided
• Room to Grow in higherlevel management positions

Job Types:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Skills:

• Proven experience as a painter or similar role
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
