Position Summary:

  • Project work for various projects throughout the year.
  • Full time permanent maintenance positions available
  • Techs will become part of a project/call out pool for the region.
  • IRATA training provided.
  • Hours of work will be determined by client/project requirements.
  • Requires travel to various work site locations throughout the province.
  • Accommodations and travel provided for projects

Responsibilities:


  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
  • Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of Level III Rope Access Technician
  • Assist other technicians as required
  • Ensure operational safety of all equipment

Requirements:


  • IRATA Level 3 Certification
  • Journeyman ticketed would be an asset
  • First Aid Certicaition (required)

  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driver's abstract

Safety Requirements

  • CSTS, ESC BSO or ESC CSO required
  • ESC CSE/M (Confined Space and Monitor and Entry) required
  • ESC Fall Protection an asset
  • A photo of either your IRATA card or certification.
  • Photo or scan of your IRATA Logbook first page (Page with your photo ) and last experience page noting when you last worked.
  • Copy of First Aid certificate if obtained.
