    • Coordinate trades on commercial job site
    • Resolve construction problems as required
    • Monitor project schedules and be accountable on meeting project deadlines
    • Hands-on work (framing, drywall, concrete repairs, etc)
    • Expertise in reading blueprints.
    • Experience with interior fit-ups as well as new commercial building construction.
    • Possess highly developed problem solving/decision making skills.
    • Have a thorough, hands-on working knowledge of Building Codes.

    • 5-10 years of experience in a Site Superintendent role within a General Contracting firm
    • A minimum of 5 year's of Site Superintendent experience in commercial, light industrial and/or institutional new build
    • Experience with interior fit-ups as well as new commercial building construction.
    • Proficient knowledge in Site Development, Building Envelope, and civil for ICI facilities.
    • Experience in developing tools for improving accuracy and timeliness of estimating and cost tracking
    • Expertise in reading blueprints
    • Base building experience would be considered an asset.

    Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor that is continuously growing with a strong pipeline of projects for institutional/light industrial new build projects

    Looking to bring on a Site Superintendent that can lead the charge in a high scale project in the Vaughan area.

    Salary range $100,000 - $120,000
