Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an
experienced landscape construction crew lead to join our expanding team.

This position will be responsible for the following duties:


  • Execution of residential landscape construction projects (including interlock driveways, walkways, retaining walls, garden beds, fences, patios, decks, softscaping, etc.) within specified project timeframe
  • Overseeing the daytoday work activities of a landscape construction crew of 2 to 4 employees
  • Managing safety, quality and productivity of work at jobsites
  • Assisting crew members with their assigned tasks, as needed
  • Operation of equipment and various power tools, including excavators, mini truck loaders, etc.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Communicating with customers in a polite and courteous manner
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the landscape construction industry/horticulture
  • Proficient with various landscape tools, power equipment, machinery, and methods
  • Experience running a crew
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Speak, read, and write English
  • Basic measurement and calculation skills
  • Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site daily
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stay active on your feet for long days
  • Be punctual and have a positive attitude

Job Types:

Contract length: 8 months


Salary:
$18.00-$38.00 per hour
