Position Overview:


  • This is a hybrid opportunity with a high level of flexibility of remote work and occasional travel to our Kitchener HQ_

Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:


  • Work closely with the Revenue, Marketing, and Product team to understand the Launch roadmap and its features
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives

Messaging and Positioning:


  • Craft compelling and clear messaging that highlights the product's value proposition
  • Define the positioning of the product in the market to differentiate it from competitors

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:


  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach
  • Provide training and resources to the sales team to effectively communicate the product's value

Campaign Planning:


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to create awareness and generate demand
  • Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and more

Sales Enablement:


  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and resources to sell the product effectively
  • Create sales collateral, presentations, and FAQs to address common customer queries

Launch Execution:


  • Plan and coordinate the product launch, ensuring all teams are aligned and ready for the release
  • Monitor the launch closely and make realtime adjustments as needed

Customer Feedback and Iteration:


  • Gather feedback from customers and the market postlaunch
  • Use feedback to iterate on messaging, positioning, and product features for continuous improvement

Metrics and Analysis:


  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the GTM strategy
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of different activities and make datadriven decisions

Market Intelligence:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and customer needs
  • Use market intelligence to adapt and refine the GTM strategy over time

Customer Advocacy:


  • Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can speak positively about the product
  • Leverage customer testimonials and case studies in marketing materials

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and executing successful gotomarket strategies for technology products
  • Deep understanding of the robotics, automation, or related industries
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI
  • Ability to travel to events and customer sites
  • Successfully complete preemployment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
