Job summary

The Development summer student will work closely under a Manager, Development, and will be primarily accountable for providing support in various aspects of the planning, design and coordination related to Choice Properties' development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of planning application submissions
  • Monitor municipal notices and council agendas relevant to Choice Properties' portfolio
