About the role:

As our first
Technical Recruiter at Voiceflow, you will be instrumental in helping scale and grow an early-stage startup. We are currently at the Series A stage with under 50 people, and are planning to add 15-20 Flowsters over the next 12 months — you're going to help us do it


What you'll do:

Full-cycle Recruitment

  • You will own fullcycle recruitment, with a focus on technical recruitment, for all roles at Voiceflow, from interns to leadership

Recruiting Process & Technology

  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to design effective, equitable recruitment processes that make sense — you understand how to track and measure KPIs like CVR to ensure our processes are working and iterate on them when they are not
  • As the super admin for BreezyHR (our ATS), you will setup new roles, customize pipelines and ensure that all data is captured accurately

What you'll bring:


  • Proven track record building highperforming Technical teams at a Series Astage company
  • A strong background in talent acquisition, with an understanding of how to recruit for roles at varying levels across the business

Logistics:

- _Compensation — _we expect to be in the $110,500 - $136,500 salary range for this role, plus ESOP, benefits, etc.
- _ Location _— we are located in Toronto and operate on a Hybrid model where our team comes into the office 2-3 days per week.

- _ Panel Interview _— a 45-minute panel interview with 2-3 of our hiring managers, giving you a chance to better understand who you'd be working with and for them to understand your approach to building functional teams
