Contract Administrator
We are looking for an experienced
Contract Administrator for our client located in
Bolton. The company is providing service of Concrete contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing Contracts.
- Load all client information into a Database (Profile)
- Knowledge of J&E software an asset
- Responsible for Billing, Credits, Debits and Final Invoicing
- Construction Equipment knowledge an asset (Scaffolding, Formwork) for Hi-Rise Buildings
- Ensure that contracts adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address contractrelated inquiries or issues.
- Maintain organized contract records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and improvement of contract management processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on contract matters.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
Location:
Bolton
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Mon - Fri)
Pay Rate:
$25/hr.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$25.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
