Contract Administrator
We are looking for an experienced
Contract Administrator for our client located in
Bolton. The company is providing service of Concrete contractor.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage new and existing Contracts.
  • Load all client information into a Database (Profile)
  • Knowledge of J&E software an asset
  • Responsible for Billing, Credits, Debits and Final Invoicing
  • Construction Equipment knowledge an asset (Scaffolding, Formwork) for Hi-Rise Buildings
  • Ensure that contracts adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address contractrelated inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain organized contract records and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of contract management processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on contract matters.

Responsibilities:


  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.

Location:
Bolton


Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Mon - Fri)


Pay Rate:
$25/hr.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$25.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
