Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with booking appointments
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Salary:
$16.55-$18.00 per hour
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
