Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain models to support rolling forecasts, budgeting and longrange strategic planning.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights to support decision making. Communicate with management to ensure full understanding of financial performance and variances.
- Participate and manage deadlines for the budgeting process, including coordinating inputs of divisions and departments.
- Assist in preparing business cases to support new investment and other business decisions.
- Make business process improvements based on data analysis and discussion with key stakeholders/managers. Implement best practices and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with ad hoc requests for analysis and various projects across the organization.
- Prepare cash flow models/forecasts.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this key role will contribute to our organization's financial success by providing strategic financial insights, conducting in-depth analysis and facilitating effective financial planning processes.
This is a newly created position with potential for growth for the successful incumbent.Requirements:
- Degree in finance, accounting or related field, CPA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in financial planning & analysis
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and nonfinancial parties
- Advance proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
