Responsibilities

Develop and maintain models to support rolling forecasts, budgeting and longrange strategic planning.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights to support decision making. Communicate with management to ensure full understanding of financial performance and variances.
Participate and manage deadlines for the budgeting process, including coordinating inputs of divisions and departments.
Assist in preparing business cases to support new investment and other business decisions.
Make business process improvements based on data analysis and discussion with key stakeholders/managers. Implement best practices and tools to drive continuous improvement.
Assist with ad hoc requests for analysis and various projects across the organization.
Prepare cash flow models/forecasts.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this key role will contribute to our organization's financial success by providing strategic financial insights, conducting in-depth analysis and facilitating effective financial planning processes.

This is a newly created position with potential for growth for the successful incumbent.

Requirements:

Degree in finance, accounting or related field, CPA preferred
5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in financial planning & analysis
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and nonfinancial parties
Advance proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
