Job summary
Remove heavy furniture garbage and appliances from suites and around site as required Complete Maintenance Requests as required Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups as per established quality standards General common area and building maintenance Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Service Representatives Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting Painting halls suites parkades other areas as assigned by the Area Coordinator Snow ice removal sanding salting completion of snow ice removal logs Lawns cut trimmed watered edged free of weeds Applying weed killer fertilizer as required Ensure all trees hedges flowerbeds are free of weeds trimmed dead trees removed Removal of flower beds shrubs that are unsightly or not possible to maintain effectively Sweep wash lines keep catch basins clear sweepers lawn mowers snow blowers small tractors Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers surrounding communities Ability to take responsibility for all actions decisions follow through Exceptional problem-solving decision-making capabilities Strong planning organizational skills ability multi-task prioritize Excellent time-management skills Ability work independently team environment Ability learn quickly adapt change flexible nature Displays high level of initiative commitment success strivings toward Boardwalk mission statement Demonstrates positive attitude enthusiasm assertiveness Ability spend eight hours walking standing climbing stairs lifting maneuver kg proper equipment
