Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate_

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to handle all aspects of material warehousing, including order picking, shipping, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the warehouse, receiving areas, and yard in a clean and organized manner; fill pick bins as necessary and as directed
Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment
Pick/ship goods to customers in a efficiently and accurately manner
Ensure proper documentation is supplied with each shipment; this includes packing, sealing, and labeling materials to prepare for shipping
Fill out/prepare picking tickets
Assist with loading trailers, preparing and shipping LTL orders as necessary
Ensure warehouse is appropriately stocked at all times
Report any maintenance requirements, accidents, incidents, and nearmisses immediately to your supervisor
Participate in yearly inventory count
Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education an asset
Forklift license an asset
Physically capable of lifting up to 50lb
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a busy environment; as well as ability to work within a team
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Good written and verbal communication skills
Desire to be a long term employee and contribute to the company's overall success
