Description

Hands on Health Wellness Centre, a multidisciplinary facility with 5 locations in Southwestern Ontario, is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team as a receptionist/admin coordinator.

Our clinic offers Physiotherapy, Psychology and Occupational therapy.

  • Book appointments, check patients in/out, issue invoices and receipts using PMP, Practice Perfect softwares
  • Call back patients for retention
  • Troubleshoot/report concerns and issues related to the clinic to the management team
  • Stock supplies
  • Knowledge of HCAI, Telus Billing, WSIB procedures is a definite asset.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
