Description
'This role necessitates working at our client's office two or three days a week. Our client specializes in liquid de-icers and winter maintenance management. They recently transitioned their system from a desktop setup to an integrated online system. Leveraging new technology, they now connect Salesforce, Amazon, Woocommerce, and other online systems into QBO.


As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will hold a pivotal position in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the financial health of our clients.


Your primary responsibilities will involve:

Maintaining Precise Financial Records:
Recording, categorizing, and organizing financial transactions while ensuring QuickBooks Online remains updated. Ensuring seamless integration among various platforms is essential.

Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Handling invoices, payments, and maintaining records of outstanding balances. Processing payroll and issuing payroll checks will also fall within your duties.

Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Bank Reconciliation:
Regularly reconciling bank statements to guarantee the accuracy of financial data.

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (will be nice)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Schedule:


This is a part-time position requiring 2-3 days of work per week, providing flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments.

There is also a great potential of converting the position into full time.
