Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
Help with grocery shopping and running errands for clients

Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of patient care techniques and medication administration is required
Familiarity with hospice care and dementia care is a plus
Ability to lift heavy objects and provide physical assistance to clients as needed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
High school diploma or equivalent
