Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager to join our operations team and support our group of companies.

As an operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple stores within a designated region.

To ensuring efficient and effective store operations, maintaining quality standards, maximizing profitability, and fostering a positive work environment.

Also to play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, implementing policies and procedures, and supporting area managers / store managers to achieve desired objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to store managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations in accordance with company standards and policies.
  • Monitor and assess store performance metrics, including sales, inventory management, and operational efficiency, and take proactive measures to address any issues or areas of improvement.
  • Implement operational best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize workflows and streamline processes across all stores.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff members to build a highperforming and motivated team.
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to ensure staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among store teams.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of products, to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize stockouts or wastage.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies across all stores.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess cleanliness, hygiene, and product quality, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Implement quality assurance programs and training initiatives to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and managing operational budgets for each store and monitor financial performance against targets.
  • Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify costsaving opportunities, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to track expenses, revenue, and other financial metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality across all stores.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:


  • At least, bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ experience in operations management or multiunit management within the food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Sound understanding of financial principles and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary:
$76,769.00-$85,000.00 per year
