    Who You Are

    The Project Coordinator is a key resource in facilitating CPKN's goal of enhancing access to innovative and engaging learning opportunities. This role is responsible for ensuring the online training offerings are relevant and adhere to the highest quality and professional standards.

    The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in project management. They will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, creativity, and critical thinking skills. This position will report to the Director of Innovation, who oversees the maintenance, assessment, and development of new learning technologies and solutions for police.

    Duties will include but are not limited to:

    · Oversee the modernization of the online course catalogue, ensuring consistency across platforms (website, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other internal tracking systems).

    · Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of courses and content.

    · Facilitate the evaluation of course content and relevant issues/topics.

    · Maintaining supplier contracts and information.

    · Creating course data analytics and reports.

    · Make recommendations on the launch and distribution of courses and additional learning resources.

    Qualifications and Skill Sets:

    · Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

    · 3+ years' experience in project/product management.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    · Creativity and critical thinking.

    · Bilingualism is considered a strong asset.
