- Ensure that training delivered is consistent with training objectives and teaching points in the training plan, per applicable training standards
- Reporting student progress, issues and deficiencies relative to the course delivery
- Ability to work autonomously to tackle a broad scope of tasks and requirements
- Ability to effectively deliver oral presentations to customers
- Ability to deliver synthetic environment training using simulators and other tools
- Ability to contribute to development of teaching aids and courseware
- Ability to perform elementary maintenance tasks working on ladders, small spaces, and maneuvering heavy equipment
- Ability to travel and work shifts/overtime when needed
- Previous experience as a RCAF airborne electronic senior operator, air combat systems operator, or other similar trades
- Formal training in Instructional Techniques
- Familiar with quality standards, training plans, and training media used to ensure teaching points are met per Training Standards
- Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or with a valid Work Permit
- Capable of obtaining and maintaining both Controlled Goods Clearance and a Government of Canada level 1 security clearance
- Physically able to perform manual labour tasks
- French language skills in order to be able to instruct in French
- Previous Military experience as a traffic technician
- Airbus aircraft experience
- Experience with authoring and amending multi-media instructional courseware
