Carefor Health & Community Services is seeking a seasoned leader to provide strategic influence and oversight of our core client service operations in a newly created position as
Vice-President Client Care.

Vice-President Client Care Opportunity
Reporting to the President and CEO, the
Vice-President Client Care will be a key member of Carefor's Executive Team.

The Vice-President, Client Care is accountable for overseeing the administration of all client services and programs in alignment with the strategic direction, established mission, vision, values and policies of Carefor.

The incumbent provides overall leadership in establishing the strategic objectives, key performance indicators and optimal organization structure required to lead Carefor's client service operations.


The incumbent has oversight for Carefor's core operations relating to client services and programs across Eastern Ontario, providing leadership to a focused team of direct reports who in turn oversee more than 1,000 staff members and volunteers.

The incumbent will offer strategic direction and guidance in providing an aligned and consistent approach to client services across Carefor, while respecting the geographic nuances of the service delivery.


The Vice-President will be a champion for all dimensions of Carefor (client, quality, people, financial) and will embody and foster its values through ethical behaviour, accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
