    What You'll Do

    The Institutional Content Marketing Manager will play an essential role in contributing to the

    planning, development, execution and maintenance of content supporting Fidelity's institutional

    marketing strategy. They will create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the

    institutional segment and assists with the distribution of marketing content across multiple

    platforms and formats to drive sales, increase engagement and promote awareness of Fidelity's

    institutional brand, products and services.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    Event and sponsorship management

  • Support sponsored conferences and assist with deliverables as needed
  • Work with key partners to help implement deliverables for Fidelity hosted institutional events including sourcing venues, creating invitations, registrations, promo items and preparing speaker presentations
  • Share analytics on events to ensure continued measurement of key metrics
  • Develop purposeful, data-driven content based on market trends, research, and analysis to engage institutional audiences.

  • In collaboration with the Institutional digital marketing team, regularly review analytics to share insights, trends and recommendations with respect to content marketing
  • Seeks feedback from cross functional stakeholders and internal partners while also demonstrating strong business judgement when assessing and implementing feedback
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns

  • Help lead execution of marketing campaigns across all channels and formats (collateral, digital, events and media) to promote Fidelity's institutional products, services, and value-add content
  • Source and create compelling content, including thought leadership, with a focus on promoting our investment capabilities
  • Work with the institutional product management team to support the production of investment presentations and other product materials from both a content and branding perspective
  • What You Will Bring

  • A history of event planning and execution at all levels including contracting, location searching and event day on site organization
  • Experience crafting tailored and engaging content in a variety of formats and styles
  • An outstanding communicator who can leverage data to identify themes
  • Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment with minimal supervision and edits required to meet compliance requirements
  • What We're Looking For

  • University Degree (Bachelor Degree ) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience gained in a marketing or communications function
  • Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization would be an asset
