    About the Opportunity

    • Provide technical support for server environments
    • Manage cloud-based productivity suites and server infrastructure
    • Maintain and monitor network infrastructure and associated equipment
    • Perform routine system monitoring to ensure optimal performance
    • Implement backup and data recovery solutions
    • Ensure antivirus protection across all systems
    • Manage patch updates for servers and workstations
    • Administer user access and security protocols
    • Offer escalated support for end-user issues
    • Create and maintain documentation and procedures
    • Undertake additional tasks to support organizational growth

    About You

    • Proficiency in VMware/Azure Cloud (Cisco stack)
    • Experience with Active Directory (Windows server/files) and managing user access, privileges, and security
    • Knowledge of IT Security/Firewalls, particularly with Meraki
    • Familiarity with Data Center operations, including switches such as Netgear, HP, and Ubiquiti. Occasional travel to Montreal/Ottawa may be required
    • Ability to handle T3 escalations and utilize ticketing systems (Freshservice)
    • Experience with SAN, disaster recovery, backups (VEEAM), and vendor management, including ISP coordination
    • Strong communication skills for interactions with internal customers and employees

    Bonus Items:

    • Experience with ERP (Microsoft Great Plains)/CRM (Dynamic 365 on-prem) and VOIP systems (RingCentral).

    Salary Range

    $75,000-$85,000/year
