    Service Delivery Leader


    We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Leader to manage our service business, including sales and operations. This role involves implementing strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin goals, as well as maximizing service delivery for customer satisfaction.
    The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering world-class service to customers, colleagues, and communities. They will be responsible for helping the Sales Manager grow existing service business and co-managing new service opportunities with dedicated Service Account Executives.
    In this role, you will oversee all aspects of service sales activities, including sales goal planning, qualifying potential business delivered by the Sales Team, preparation of proposals and presentations. You will also assist in closing service business opportunities.
