Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage staff effectively to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of engagements, to include hiring, performance and salary reviews, resource allocation
  • Overseeing the quality, schedule, and pace of software development and deployment within your global teams
  • Communicate at all levels, ensure open communication with stakeholders and end Clients
  • Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
  • Enabling your global team to perform their best by negotiating resources and skill development to remove blockers and create new opportunities.
  • Coaching and developing staffs (both interpersonal skills and technical skills)
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the team through mentoring of junior staff, monitoring, optimizing and collaboration
  • Conduct basic management responsibilities as assigned
  • Work closely with Product Management, Support and Development teams to ensure Customer SLA/SLO metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must.
  • Experience working with worldwide distributed team members
  • Experience affecting change in agile development processes
  • Proven experience in scrum framework for developing, delivering, and sustaining products in a complex environment
  • Experience providing coaching or mentoring

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 57 years experience in software development
  • Minimum 5 years' experience practicing agile principles to perform essential functions within an enterprise organization
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision and commit to agreed business goals
  • Ability to identify, manage and communicate project risks
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
