We are seeking to hire an Implementation Team Lead to join our highly motivated, high-velocity and growing team in CA.

Position Purpose / Objective
Due to the specialized requirements of law firms, specific project management is needed throughout the Client journey.

By working alongside external consultants to coordinate and help manage the implementation, Implementation Team Lead will ensure successful and world-class implementations of LEAP.


The role includes overseeing a team of Implementation Coordinators responsible for setting our client's expectations in the lead-up to the data migration and implementation with regard to software functionality, what's included in the data migration, and the transition timescales.

They will demonstrate intuitive, analytical, and problem-solving skills despite external pressures while exhibiting motivation, determination, and decisiveness.

They can effectively build project plans, maintain full delivery accountability, and possess the confidence to liaise with key stakeholders.


RESPONSIBILITIES - HIGH PRIORITY/KPI's

General Management of:

  • Implementation Co-Ordinator team

Implementation and Transition Responsibilities:

  • Manage pipeline and make sure projects are completed to a high standard.
  • Assign new projects to Implementations Coordinators.
  • Ensuring that a high standard of data entry is maintained in internal systems.
  • Maintain successful relationships with external Consultants.
  • Assist external consultants with client queries.
  • Identify & resolve issues and enquiries from members of the team, Partner Network and Clients
  • Maintain Implementations documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor the correct use of LEAP policies & procedures.
  • Revising Implementation processes to improve client & consultant experience
  • Evaluate implementations and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
