Inside Sales Representative with a focus on inbound sales. We are seeking an compassionate, and organized self starter to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients from a multitude of industries.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Track customer and vendor orders ensuring on-time and accurate fulfillment.
  • Review, provide and process all customer orders and associated paperwork for worldwide shipping
  • Connect with current and prospective stakeholders via different communication channels to answer inquiries, requests, or troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team in lead delegation

Qualities that you have that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in Inside Sales or Customer Success
  • Passion in assisting customers and helping them towards their goals
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Knowledge with ERP systems (Epicor), previous experience an asset
