Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of JSS Site Marketing Manager - L- GTA


The Site Marketing Manager is responsible for managing their team of Site Specialists in addition to a targeted list of strategic end users and ultimately the growth and development of our targeted Heavy Duty Partners.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


The Site Marketing Manager coaches and leads a team of Site Specialists to assist in all assigned Heavy-Duty Partner activity to drive brand awareness and convert strategic end users.


In this position, the Site Marketing Manager will:

  • Develop and implement strategic conversion plans for a targeted list of end users
  • Build strong relationships with end user and distribution partners
  • Work directly with Site Specialists in the field to provide leadership and coaching for their team
  • Help Site Specialists build end-user specific plans within their territory
  • Meet and exceed all Heavy-Duty Partner POS targets
  • Ensure that conversion programs are being used in a financially responsible manner
  • Help track and/or communicate plans, conversions, and successes-
  • Make sure that the team operates within the established budget guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Core Trades' team strategies, Site Specialists and various other Sales and Marketing roles
WHO YOU ARE- Someone who possesses natural leadership and coaching skills- A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment- Driven by results and continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail- Someone with a passion for excellence and executes tasks with the highest degree of integrity and accountability- Collaborate with teams and have excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills- Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE- Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience- 3+ years sales and sales leadership experience or equivalent Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy- Requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record- Ability to travel significantly- Requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
