The Shipping Supervisor - Afternoon Shift will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day PM shift processes in the Warehouse.

As the key point of contact, the Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring full coverage and service of the Shipping Department during the afternoon shift.
  • Ensuring all customer orders are processed in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring all branch transfers are prepared and properly documented and communicated to branches and Shipping Day Shift.
  • Coordinating customer delivery requirements with Production, Shipping Day Shift and branches to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
  • Ensuring team's compliance to Alggin's SOPs, including completion of reports and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years experience in the same capacity
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, excellent communicator
  • Strong computer skills
  • Forklift experience an asset
