    Job Description

    The Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator will be responsible for producing high quality graphics and videos that communicate our brand to internal and external audiences. They will also play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote Chandos as an industry leader.

    • Partner with internal teams in the completion of branded assets such as signage, office printing, brochures, and other ad hoc requests.
    • Use creative thinking to implement new concepts into the marketing and communications teams' 2024 plan
    • Build out branded design elements for Chandos merchandise
    • Implement a video strategy and template for the creation of short video cuts used on multiple platforms
    • Assist in the development and implementation of company brand standards, ensuring effectiveness and consistency across all design projects.
    • Responsible for assisting the marketing and communications team with copy writing such as blogs, web content, and creative writing
    • Proof all marketing projects for accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
    • Become a brand advocate and expert as the marketing teams main contact on all creative elements, created by our team and other internal team members.
    • Identify, source, and collaborate with vendors/service providers for creative execution as necessary (ex. printers or merchandise)
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of post-secondary degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related area; combination of experience and education will be considered
    • Minimum of five years of relevant graphic design experience
    • Minimum of three years' experience writing, editing, and copywriting experience
    • Expert in Adobe creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
    • Confident in Premier Pro and Canva, or other relevant video editing software
    • Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail and ability to write engaging narrative.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to secure the cooperation and respect of business partners and the project team members. These skills must include strong oral and written communication skills, as well as a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and persuasiveness.
