Department Overview


The Enterprise Protect is an enterprise-level body that strives to protect TD Bank Group customers, shareholders and employees from financial crimes and fraud.

Aligned with TD strategy and risk appetite, Enterprise Protect develops and evolves enterprise policies, advanced analytics capabilities and operational processes to improve governance, oversight, and collaboration between fraud management and other control functions within the Bank.


Job Details

Capacity Management

  • Accountable for creating, running and ensuring accuracy/quality of reports for daily, weekly and monthly meetings with operation teams
  • Ability to use reports and tools to come up with insights and potential solutions to issues
  • Supports decisionmaking at the management/executive level through strong written and verbal communications
  • Produce timely diagnostics to identify operational gaps and issues
  • Think forward and provide early recommendation

Partner Support

  • Act as SME to provide project team support to deliver on operational impacts and requirements
  • Support the continuous improvement agenda for our operational partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Fraud Operations, Internal Business Partners, Vendor Managers etc.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably from a STEM program
  • 3+ years experience in industry Have working technical background in using analytical software tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau and Excel for data analysis, automation, scrapping, visualization and reporting
  • Have working experience in working with machine learning
  • Ability to quickly and independently structure and deliver on new problems not previously tackled
  • Demonstrated analytical, modeling and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate strategy analysis to both technical and nontechnical team members, either verbally or via documentation
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently under tight timelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Motivated to constantly strive to find innovative ways to enhance capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and comfort in interacting with the team and all levels of management
  • Experience in fraud management is an asset
  • Experience in Capacity Management is an asset
  • Knowledge of fraud detection platforms: TSYS (Cardguard, ADSI, ADSII, Determinator), Cardinal
