Position Details:
What You Will Do:
The Operations Technical Consultant will be responsible for leading and participating in Department level Technology projects.
This role will be a critical resource for Technology related projects to identify or confirm business requirements, system functionalities and regulatory compliance on behalf of Claims.
- Support the development & delivery of GuideWire Claims Center
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documents and presentations
- Proactively manage project scope, identify risks, and devise contingency plans with management
- Lead the management of the customer complaints for the Quebec region with triage to the respective business unit, logging of complaints and with offering solutions that improve the experience for our customers and broker partners
Who You Are:
- Minimum 10 years' claims handing or direct related experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading IT related projects
- Minimum 2 years' experience with GuideWire Claim Centre
- University degree or college diploma is preferred
- CIP designation or working towards is an asset
- Provincial Licensing if / where required
- Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written communications)
