Must be able to produce a delicious, eye-catching, and high-quality product. Responsibilities will also include maintaining proper food safety and sanitation procedures are being met.

The cook must be culinary-driven because here you will work with the freshest ingredients, the cleanest kitchens, top of the line equipment, and standards of operation.

Qualifications:


  • Must have kitchen experience & the desire to learn and grow
  • Must possess a positive attitude with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Experience in prep is an asset
  • Line Cook located in The Town of Blue Mountains / Collingwood, ON**Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and food service techniques
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary:
$18.00-$20.50 per hour
