Remote, Canada- Workplace Support Programs:
- LifeWorks' Workplace Support Program offers the industry's earliest intervention into employee mental health ithat require a solution beyond short-term EFAP support and disability case management. The programs provide professional assessment and counselling to support an individual's return to a healthy and productive state. These clinical interventions addresses issues requiring longer-term, specialized, and intensive levels of care in order to prevent and manage workplace performance problems, absence, and disability.
- Depression Care addresses high levels of depression
- Workplace Referral Program assist employers in addressing employee issues that are negatively impacting their performance
- Substance Abuse Program assess substance abuse pattern, severity, and recommend treatment
- Substance Relapse Prevention ensure client is participating in recommended treatment plan to prevent relapse
- Work Assist provide client with relevant insights, tools, strategies, skills, and resources to support client's return to work
- Responsibilities:
- The Clinical Supervisor, WSP will support the Counsellors and Affiliates within their region, and manage relationships with prospective and current employers requiring workplace support. The Clinical Supervisor, WSP will train, coach, and mentor Counsellors, manage expectations, review and report on the performance of their team. In addition, they will be the contact for employers requiring information about Workplace Support Programs. They will conduct presentations, provide consultations, and update network listing.
- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work;
- Be member of a Professional Order
- Fluently bilingual (French/English) is an asset
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Ability to assess and coach counsellors clinically with all types of psychosocial disorders and develop treatment plans;
- Ability to use or have knowledge of clinical assessment tools;
- Able to write reports in a clear and concise manner;
- Experience and expertise with mandated clients;
- Basic knowledge of Human resources function and/or disability management;
- Addictions counselling experience is a great asset;
- Experience and capacity with strategic planning, program development, data analysis & budgeting.
