    Job Summary


    Responsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. Performs work under direct supervision, handles basic issues and problems.

    Location & Hours


    Stockton, CA – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Key Accountabilities

    • Accurately remove and stock product, customer's product, and various supplies according to inventory plan.
    • Accurately select product to fill customer orders and package them properly.
    • Load and unload trucks and verify that correct items are loaded and unloaded.
    • Pick, process, and pack orders, also may be required to cut orders on Kaltenbach saw.
    • Complete cycle counts.
    • Identify, hold and segregate defective material.
    • Complete paperwork per work instructions, when required.
    • Perform general clean‑up.
    • Inspect forklift at the beginning of every shift; report issues to immediate supervisor or other designated personnel.
    • Participate, support and comply with all health, safety, ISO and 6S initiatives and requirements.
    • Assist in any other duties to support the operation, as requested by supervisor or team lead.
    • This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.

    Qualifications


    Minimum Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Ability to read and write English (in Quebec, must also read and write French).
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. for 100 feet.
    • Ability to perform basic math skills.
    • Previous forklift experience.
    • Must be able to sit for long periods and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping motions.
    • Safety mindset.

    Preferred Requirements

    • Use of handheld measuring tools.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge, such as with database programs and Microsoft Office programs.

    $21.85 – $29.56 per hour.
