What does a Digital
Project Manager do at Hogarth?**An experienced, confident and proactive client facing Project and Account Manager to manage projects through Content Studio operation using a new modular content framework for our local Bayer client based in Canada.


The Digital Project and Account Manager will be a key member of the Content Studio team, with project responsibility for Canada.

Your key client will be the associated Bayer local Brand Managers, but you will be involved with multiple stakeholders in Brand and Campaign Management.

You will have day to day responsibility for all aspects of project delivery and will work closely with extended Hogarth network resources (incl London, Bucharest and Chennai) for omnichannel production services.

The Digital Project and Account Manager will report to the Hogarth Content Studio Account Director in London.


What will the Digital Project and Account Manager do:

  • Point of contact for multiple brands based in Canada
  • Coordinate the creation of local bespoke content as well as localization of global content for Canada within a new modular content model as as well local campaign development
  • Manage all briefs (across channels) from the market and the end to end production process
  • Ensure the market get straight support to proactively drive modular content strategy
  • Liaise with Content Intelligence Team (CIT) to help identifying best local content
  • Proactively suggest ideas for content optimization to respective markets
  • Partner with market brand manager throughout the content management lifecycle
  • Learn the content creation tool and support your client in leveraging/managing content through the tool
  • Support the Global Brand Content Management team in supplying client management information and reporting
  • Management and coordination of local content transcreation and production activity & tracking
  • Reporting activity into global management team, market feedback and deduce actionable insights for material uptake
  • Strive to foster trusted collaborative local market stakeholder partnership and relationship
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Digital, CIT, Transcreation & Broadcast
  • Handle all aspects of local markets campaigns from planning through to delivery, manage regular meetings with local marketing teams
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the brands and local market requirement
  • Highlight and escalate quality control issues
  • Manage agreed local budgets, reports and administration
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function including financial ownership of your projects

Requirements:


  • Proven experience of business development and ability to think outside the box and proactively make recommendations to clients
  • 3+ years experience within digital, content, marketing or a related industry/position
  • High proficiency in the usage of spreadsheets and strong numeracy skills
  • Prioritization, time management and attention to detail, resilience and ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Fluent oral and written English essential, French desirable, but not a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
  • Experience managing and servicing international accounts with multiple stakeholders desirable
