Examples: finding the right contacts in GBS requesting Pos from IM support group opening eNow tickets following up on tickets escalating overdue topics documenting lessons learned Support to help develop and possibly prototype AI digital solution ideas from the business units and support functions Other procurement, accounting and finance related tasks
