    Course Developer – International Business/

    Leadership Job Type:
    Contractual


    The Course Developer will be responsible for developing high-quality courses collaborating with the Associate Dean and instructional designers for online, hybrid, and traditional classroom settings.

    Collaborate with the Associate Dean to assess learning objectives, course content, and instructional materials for new courses.

    Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to ensure courses meet quality standards, accessibility guidelines, and student learning outcomes.

    Conduct regular reviews and updates of course content based on feedback, and emerging trends in the field.
    Master's degree in business, PhD preferred, with a specialisation in International Business and/or Leadership

    Minimum 3years of experience in online course development, the instructional design process, or curriculum design in a higher education setting.

    Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theories and assessment strategies.
    Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property issues related to educational materials and online content
