Overview
Primary Responsibilities:
- Critical thinking and, in turn, confident decisionmaking with the ability to implement internal policies and processes
- Strong numeracy skills, particularly concerning scheduling, budgeting, and accounting math
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including great coaching, training, and presentation skills)
- Indepth knowledge of accounting software and systems
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Capable of interpreting and analyzing large volumes of financial data
- Manage numerous priorities at once and be able to multitask effectively
Primary Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA, active or inactive) or in the process of achieving this
- 3+ Years of related experience in accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting and internal controls
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in public accounting (global firm ideal)
- SAP Business One experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience, supporting a team
- A process driven, customer focused state of mind
- Ability to balance a fastpaced environment, with a financial timeline, and prioritization
