RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan and direct all construction activities from start to movein.
  • Ensure all homes are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Management of subcontractors: including scheduling, inspection, quality control, and approval of work.
  • Materials management: including scheduling and checking deliveries, correcting take offs, and ensuring proper installation.
  • Safety: responsible for onsite implementation and management of company safety program including inspections, toolbox talks, documentation, and, reporting.
  • Project maintenance: monitoring jobsite cleanliness and holding subcontractors responsible for daily clean up.
  • Customer Satisfaction: ensuring the deliveries of homes to our Customers are handled in a professional manner in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • A minimum of 5 years residential construction management experience with a builder
  • Very good understanding of construction process including all steps of construction and trade responsibilities
  • Knowledge of construction management systems and process
  • Ability to read and fully understand blueprints and specifications and have knowledge of latest builidng codes
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract record
  • Strong handson manager with good decision making and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills. Position involves daily interaction with customers, outside agencies, subcontractors, vendors, and company personnel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Computer skills (MS Office including Excel)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
