Description
Is able to work with infants, toddlers and Jr. CASA children

  • Good communication skills with children, parents and team members
  • Ability to communicate both verbal and written
  • Ability to lift/carry children of various age
  • Available to work full at any of our 2 schools during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Plan & implement program activities based on children's development, special occasions etc. with the goal to foster the children's development
  • Ability to take the initiative to work on projects
  • Knowledge of D.N.A and public health requirements
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the classroom, diapering/toileting areas

Mandatory Requirements:


  • For Early Childhood Educators
  • ECE Diploma with a valid RECE Card
  • Experience working with children
  • First Aid/CPR training/certification
  • Must have own vehicle or driving arrangements; limited public transportation available

Pay:
$16.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
