Administrative Assistant
Canadian Locators Inc. is an established utility locating company that has been in the damage prevention industry for over 22 years.
Our organization works closely with utility clients in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario through services such as Utility Safety Partners (Previously called "One Call").
Currently, our group of companies provides a comprehensive suite of pre-engineering services including locates, mapping, surveying, geophysical services, fiber optic splicing, and proprietary technology solutions.
Duties:
Act as a point of contact between contractors, field managers, and utility locators
Coordinate the re-scheduling of tickets
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Respond to contractors, utility member, and customer inquiries and concerns
Communicate with field staff and managers regularly regarding operations matters
Dispatch and reconcile tickets for assigned area/staff
Monitor incomplete tickets and follow procedures for handling tickets nearing due date
Compile summary reports on a regular basis
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
No Sales involved.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work as part of a team
Critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving approach
Ability to comprehend data and information accurately
Willingness to assist and support others
Must have Typing speed 50/60 WPM
Must be extrovert
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One Year Canadian experiences in Administrative sector / call center environment.

From $20.00 per hour
