Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Operational Performance, the Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee marketing and branding efforts for the organizations.

This role entails developing and managing all communication channels, both internal and external.

Duties encompass crafting marketing strategies, conducting sales campaigns, and maintaining continuous social media engagement, including website updates, to reach diverse audiences such as B2B, B2C, and B2E.


Developing and coordinating product and service launches and communication activities, the Marketing & Communications Manager will collaborate closely with all departments to devise strategies that cater to the various needs of the Company's multidisciplinary departments, with a primary emphasis on Sales, Business Development, and Operations.

This role involves supervising a small team of marketing specialists to enhance the Company's visibility in the marketplace at local, regional, and national levels.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Develop and implement internal and external communications to engage clients (B2B), customers (B2C) and team members (B2E)
  • Design marketing and communications strategies to support interdepartmental needs
  • Lead corporate PR strategies and execute communication plans (internal and external)
  • Write, develop, and manage corporate announcements, Company brochures, product and service launches, and narratives specific to our varied services and products, and assist with media releases
  • Lead content development and its processes, including website and social media platforms, communications protocols, and help produce short videos, newsletters, and advertisements
  • Develop an efficient communications plan, client and customer target mapping, and represent the Company as a media spokesperson and coordinate press releases.
  • Support regional sales and business development teams across Canada in their quest to increase the Company's footprint
  • Identify partnership opportunities and develop innovative ways to promote or services and products
  • Develop, plan, and implement paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other acquisition channels

Professional Qualifications:


  • Minimum of five (5) years of relative experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Successful track record in developing and executing marketing plans, leading and developing a marketing team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent command of the English language and prolific writer
  • Fluency in French, both verbal and written, an asset
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with digital marketing channels
  • Experience developing and managing communication channels strategy and controlling budgets
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products and services
