ROLE OVERVIEW
We are partnering with our client in search of a creative, technical and process-driven Administrative Project Coordinator who will follow through on customer orders from creating order files to sending final turnover documentation.
POSITION FOCUS
The Administrative Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Creating the order file
- Order acknowledgement and order review/order.
- Internal order processing for engineering review.
- Drawing/document forwarding to customers.
- Entry into the ERP system of approved drawing/release to manufacture.
- Customer Correspondence record keeping.
- Prepare Purchase Orders for review, and place with suppliers.
- Follow up/expedite Purchase Orders.
- Scanning, organizing, and filing receiving and shipping documents.
- Scanning, filing, arranging, and preparing for "Final Turnover Package".
- Sending Final Turnover Documentation to customer.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- College Diploma in Business, Systems or Logistics.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- E2 ERP system knowledge is an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly organized with the tenacity to succeed in a constant highpressure environment.
- Detailoriented and a strong ability to multitask.
