Job Summary
The Associate forms a viable part of the Introba team and is responsible for managing his/her respective projects for the company. The Associate provides technical support and management resources essential to Introba for design decision-making and team management accountability.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Team Lead to control and coordinate business development, sales/marketing, team targets, team personnel, technical design and related activities
  • Develops, establishes, and administers procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters
  • Prepares work load, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions and serves as the principal liaison with selected clients or major projects
  • Upholds and maintains Introba design standards and will be responsible for engineering, specifications, documentation, standardization, quality assurance, cost and value analysis and the broader aspects of electrical building services.
  • Expectation to manage project construction administration services on assigned projects, including but not limited to managing site meetings, site reviews, shop drawings, RFI's and progress claims.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of North American electrical building design experience
  • Professional Engineer or AScT is considered an asset.
  • Project Management experience
  • Electrical contracting experience is considered an asset.
  • Knowledgeable in Passive House, LEED, Net Zero Carbon, and ASHRAE 90.1.

Additional Information
Introba is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $110,000-130,000 annually for this position and local market.
