About the opportunity:


We are in search of an agile digital media professional with a client focused mindset to join our team as Manager of Paid Digital.

As the Manager of Paid Digital, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating best in class digital media plans from inception to completion.

You should feel confident working independently, ensuring campaigns run smoothly - troubleshooting technical issues, delivering reports, and optimizing campaigns, while delivering valuable insights back to our clients.


This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to fine tune their leadership skills, expand our paid media practice, and push the boundaries in the world of employer branding.


In this role you will:


  • Design and execute media campaigns across paid programmatic, display, video, social and search
  • Present digital recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Oversee campaign implementation and execution, leading technical set up for tagging and tracking of paid efforts
  • Lead ongoing optimization efforts to achieve campaign goals, including onsite conversion actions, bid management, keyword strategies, creative, website, and category exclusions based on performance history
  • Build campaign dashboards within the reporting workspace and draw meaningful insights that correlate to industry benchmarks and KPIs
  • Identify and present new opportunities and emerging partners to ensure our clients are remain competitive
  • Stay on top of media and tech trends to find valueadding opportunities for clients

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have relevant professional experience in campaign management, or digital operations
  • Possess 4+ years of experience managing largescale, paid digital media campaigns
  • Have experience with DV360, Google Ads, SA360 and other Platforms
  • Strong experience in Paid Social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok etc.
  • Have experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Data Studio to draw insights
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Enjoy environments that are fastpaced, flexible, and focused on growth and innovation

Bonus if you have:


  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in and knowledge of Employer Branding
