General Duties:


  • Check Teams activity for messages requiring a response from Sales
  • Communicate with the Sales Coordinator and attend team meetings as well as other meetings or calls that make sense to have Sales Admin in attendance
  • Run a licensing report weekly to check for expiring licenses and communicate with resellers or clients if needed
  • Enter new client information and update existing client information in Business Central and License Manager
  • Create quotes and invoices for SSI Software and Services
  • Create license files for SSI Software
  • Create invoices for 3rd party Software or credits when necessary
  • Review Sales orders from our US office
  • Check on incoming payments and prepare license files if required
  • Assist Resellers with SSI Sales Tools and processes
  • Reach out to direct clients with Subscription/renewal quotes as needed
  • Openly communicate with the other SSI Teams such as the Training, Client Success, and Finance in order to assist resellers/clients, or to support other depts with their queries.
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

What we look for:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with administrative record keeping
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to have:


  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
